Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Luwafa. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund.

Conditions for Refund:

• The product must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
